國家、社會會有不得巳的動盪，其動盪及改變多受環境或不利的因素所影響．
國家與國家之間多是非爭鬥、權術、陰謀以尋求私利來滿足統治者的慾望、易起衝突，所以是年可能有新的戰爭爆發．另外，國家內部多嚴重問題、矛盾重重．
人與人之間則因利益所及，各出奇謀．所以今年因金錢問題而特別多官非訴訟事件．
由於在2008年的全球金融海嘯的影響下，是年的世界經濟會是在困境中百花齊放，套用打牌術語，這好像是四圈過後執位洗牌再來一般，人人都有白手興家的機會，但競爭大．最好從事專門技能、工業、服務、社會服務、用腦、或以口才為生之職業如律師，又或從空中樓閣中成事．但道路漫長．
至於人們於健康方面，腸胃、肝病、因壓力產生神經衰弱而導致之各樣疾病如陽痿等等生殖系統症狀特多．
今年特別多財物罪案、年輕人或學生示威．又或有嚴重恐怖襲擊發生、又或兵災、水災、火災而損財，局部地點饑荒．

由2 月25日起，有突發的兵戎相見、又或恐怖襲擊事件、又或國家內部民眾激烈衝突．客觀環境改變頻仍、同時財帛波動、破產、失財等等，多受人牽累、掣肘而致．
由3 月27日起，不利投機．是月特多因錢財所引起的官非詞訟紛爭，或因財而引起的精神困擾．
由4 月25日起，投資必受損失．

All over the world, the overall economic out-look will remain quite dismal for the year, and 2009 (year of cow) will be a political instability and turmoil year as well.
In 2009, there will perforce be growing
civil unrest among countries, as financial sectors are heavily in dept and
disagreement between governments and their citizen. The turmoil and the dramatic changing
situation are beyond control or are infected by bad factors, so people are
victims of circumstances.
The rest of the world will face long and
bitter geopolitical conflicts, more arguing, deceptive acts, sabotage, and disputes
etc. between countries and countries.
All these are to satisfy the desires of those self-seeking
politicians. Through out the year,
people will easily erupt in violence. So
in 2009, there will be new eruptions of hostilities. Over and above, within countries, there will
be more serious issues which are morally complicated.
People will stick at nothing to get their benefit. Every sector of society, people will show
great ingenuity in getting what they want.
For that reason, there will be more legal proceedings against fraudulent
claims this year.
As the global current economic crisis has affected us all, our economy this year will drive by creativity. Markets will show encouraging signs. Whoever try picking up a lot of wisdom to come up with brilliant new ideas on small business towards achieving across the free would, they will get their wealth with empty hands, if they will not be stifling back their creativity. Everyone will have their chances in 2009, but just time, it is going to take time. For health issues this year, there will be
people more suffer from digestive, liver trouble, stresses

In 2009, there will be increasing money swindles, protests involving young adults or students, or deadly terrorist attacks, or outbreak of wars, widespread flooding, large destructive fire, global food crisis etc.
There will still not yet have a hope for a turn-around of the real estate market 2009. By that, many people have lost their money.
